Resolve’s advanced implant design technology has been specifically optimised to manage complex femoral bone deficits and structural challenges faced by surgeons in the complex area of revision hip arthroplasty.

Key Design and Engineering Features

Resolve is built to fully maximise intraoperative flexibility by allowing surgeons to adjust mechanical properties independently:

  • Independent Adjustment: Implant version, offset, and leg length can all be altered and adjusted independently by the surgeon all without affecting distal stem fixation.
  • Proximal Component Options: Resolve boasts a total of five specific heights (55, 65, 75, 85, and 95 mm) with standard and high offset neck configurations to better restore the patients’ natural biomechanics, improve muscle tension and enhance joint stability.
  • Distal Fixation Varieties: Designed to provide surgeons a platform with total versatility, Resolve features three specialised distal configurations; Straight Taper Stem, Curved ‘Clothespin’ Stem, and a curved Interlocking Stem all implantable through use of simplified yet advanced instrumentation.
  • Enhanced Construct Stability: Utilising either the Clothespin or Interlocking variations gives surgeons ‘gold-standard’ distal locking capability with interlocking screws anchoring securely in cases where patients suffer from a deficient femoral isthmus.
