15 I nstruments 3.3 Non Offset Femoral Sizing and Placement 3.3.1 Femoral Sizing Preparation 1. Assemble the Femoral Valgus Adaptor to the appropriate size of Straight Stem Trial . 2. Insert the Femoral Valgus Adaptor onto the Femoral Sizing Template and depress it until it is fully engaged to the sizing template. 3.
