26 • Tibial Component Apply bone cement onto the tibial component. Place the tibial baseplate manually with great care. When there is only 2-3 mm left, hit it into the canal with a Tibial Baseplate Impactor 50 . Make sure it aligns tibial axis during the process. • Patellar Component Apply bone cement onto the patellar component. Clamp with a Patellar Cement Clamp Adapter 51 until the bone cement hardens. • Femoral Component Apply bone cement onto the femoral component. Assemble the chosen femoral component to the Femoral Driver 26 . Aim the assembly at the previously prepared cutting and hit it onto the femur. • Tibial Insert Attach the MB Tibial Insert Trial Adapter 52 to the mobile bearing tibial insert trial, put the assembly into the central hole on the tibial baseplate. Keep the knee in extention for pressurization till cement harden. Confirm the mobility and stability, then insert the corresponding tibial insert into the tibial baseplate. E. Implant Fixation E.2.
