19 Fix the MB Tibial Baseplate Trial 28 on the tibia with Spikes 8 . Attach the Tibial Drill Guide 30 to it and drill an opening with the Tibial Drill 31 . Choose a corresponding size MB Tibial Punch 33 and attach it to a MB Tibial Punch Handle 32 . Position the Handle to the guide hole on the MB Tibial Baseplate Trial 28 and to ensure that the MB Tibial Punch 33 hits precisely and vertically into the tibial canal.
